Lifting clubs
If you are looking to make major changes to your strength, physique and fitness then weight training is the way to go. Coached by qualified personal trainers, these are small group sessions that are perfect for anyone looking to add some weight training into their routine or build the confidence to go into a gym and implement a resistance training program.

We're currently recruiting for our Lifting Clubs which have been really popular and are open to all. And due to the demand, we are also introducing a new Friday Morning Lifting Club for older gents.
Over 8 weeks, we will be learning:

How to lift safely and effectively

How to set up a program to follow either at home or in the gym

Key exercises to get you the best results

Solid training and nutrition principles that will carry you beyond this course

How to set goals that are suited to your lifestyle and will bring desired results
