Lifting clubs
If you are looking to make major changes to your strength, physique and fitness then weight training is the way to go. Coached by qualified personal trainers, these are small group sessions (no more than 6 people) that are perfect for anyone looking to add some weight training into their routine or build the confidence to go into a gym and implement a resistance training program.
We have sessions running at various times throughout the week, from early mornings to later in the evening. These sessions are incredibly popular - get in touch and register your interest if you don't want to miss out!
