How long are the classes?
The main live classes are typically 30 minutes. But we have classes ranging from as little as 4 minutes up to an hour.

Can I watch the classes at any time?
Of course! If you don't catch our live classes, they are available to watch for several days on our Facebook page, and of our videos are available to watch 24/7 in our comprehensive video bank here on the website.

Do I need to do every class in the timetable?
No, you can do as many or as few classes as you like. We suggest sticking as closely as possible to one of our suggested timetables, as that way you will get the best results – there are several different timetables for you to choose from, depending on how many days per week you can train. Ultimately you should fit the training around your daily life.

Can anyone see me exercising during the live workouts?
No, you will be able to see Naomi but nobody will be able to see you.

What equipment do I need?
You'll need some weighted equipment - we suggest dumbbells and/or a kettlebell. Also, an optional resistance band and/or mini-band will come in handy, as will a skipping rope.

What are resistance bands & mini-bands?
A resistance band is a long rubber band with handles on each end which can be used to add resistance to exercises. A mini-band is a smaller circular band which is great for adding resistance to specific exercises such as glute workouts.

What weight of kettlebell or dumbbells should I start with?
We recommend a starting weight of 4-6kg for women, while 8-12kg should be sufficient for men. Bear in mind that this is a general recommendation and everyone is different.

Is it suitable for beginners?
We want Real Fitness to be for everybody, regardless of experience or ability. While our main classes are sometimes challenging, there are always exercise variations you can do. However, if you feel that this is too much, you will also have access to our Begins program. This is an exercise program specifically aimed at complete beginners, offering a gentler and more simplified introduction and allowing you to transition into the main Real Fitness programs if and when you feel ready.

Do I have to follow the Real Fitness Begins program in order?
As a beginner, we recommend that you do follow the plan in order as this is the best way to progress.

How much does it cost?

How do I access the recipe packs?
The Recipe Packs are accessible via the website via My Fitness Hub – you can download an keep the Recipe Packs, even if you should choose to leave us. We offer vegan & vegetarian packs too! And everything can be scanned straight into MyFitnessPal.

How do I join the Facebook group?
Once you have purchased your plan, you can click here to join the Facebook group. You'll just have to answer a couple of quick verification questions in order to be approved.

Do I have to join the Facebook group?
It’s entirely up to you. Our live workouts are broadcast on Facebook but are quickly uploaded to the website. You can access our classes either on Facebook or on the website – you can use one, the other, or both! A lot of our members enjoy the Facebook group as there is a real sense of community and support which can be great for keeping you motivated.

What if I want to cancel my plan?
Cancellation is easy. You can leave at any time and you can do so through the "My Account" section of the website. Click here for further instructions on how to cancel.
